• The luncheon’s guest speaker was local business owner Brent Huffman, who also serves as vice president of the Hillsboro Uptown Business Association (HUBA). Accompanying Huffman was HUBA President Rachelle Trefz.

“We need to support our local uptown businesses,” Huffman said. “Shop at our ‘Mom and Pop’ businesses.”

Huffman encouraged Realtors to attend the HUBA First Friday events throughout 2013.

“We ask that you help promote Hillsboro,” Huffman said. “Introduce your clients to Hillsboro’s small businesses.”
