Adena Health System will be holding an informational meeting about Volunteer Services on Thursday, January 10 at 3:00 pm in the Tecumseh Room at Adena Medical Center in Chillicothe.
Volunteers play an important role in the service Adena Health System provides to patients and the community. If you are interested in helping others in a healing environment, volunteering may be for you.
The session is for anyone age 18 and over who is interested in learning more about volunteering with the health system. Currently, Adena is looking for adults with excellent customer service skills that would be interested in an information desk or gift shop position. Volunteers are being sought for all Adena facilities.
Volunteers typically work from 8 a.m. to noon, noon to 4 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. For more information, contact Cindy Drummond, Adena’s Director of Volunteer Services, at 740-779-7927.
