A Bloomingburg man will go to trial today after being indicted for having unlawful sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl.
According to reports, Paul VanSickle, Jr., 22, of 41 Wayne St., Bloomingburg, was indicted and plead “not guilty” to the fourth degree felony charge after deputies say VanSickle had unlawful sexual contact with a female juvenile in May 2012.
Deputies said that VanSickle and Christopher Cody Arnold, 19, also of 41 Wayne St., Bloomingburg, were caught having sex with the girl by the victim’s mother on May 19. The victim later admitted to having sex with the two men and she was taken to Fayette County Memorial Hospital for an evaluation.
VanSickle’s trial starts at 8 a.m. in the Fayette County Common Pleas Court and Fayette Advocate will be in the courtroom to bring you the latest.
